Seven hours of commercial-free football! Those are the six sweetest words an NFL football fan can hear on Sundays. It is the phrase that RedZone channel host Scott Hanson uses to kick off the fast-paced, no-commercial, every-touchdown-from-every-game coverage of every NFL Sunday of the regular season. Week 16 of the 2022 NFL season is not your average NFL Sunday, though. With Christmas Day on Sunday, the majority of the NFL Week 16 slate has shifted to Christmas Eve Saturday. So, is RedZone on Saturday?

Is RedZone on Saturday?

With Christmas Day 2022 falling on a Sunday, the league decided to schedule the bulk of the NFL Week 16 games on Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24.

On Saturday, there are eight early window games (1:00 pm ET), two late window games (4:05, 4:25), and a late game (8:15 pm ET).

As teams play all those games in the early two windows, the answer to the question, “Is NFL RedZone on this Saturday?” is yes!

The pioneering NFL Network-run channel will broadcast on Saturday, December 24, 2022, with both the standalone Scott Hanson-hosted show and the Sunday Ticket Andrew Siciliano-hosted program.

So, get ready for a special seven hours of commercial-free football this Saturday as part of your Christmas Eve festivities.
