Antonio Brown
Wide receiver Antonio Brown was an All-American at Central Michigan University in 2008 and 2009. The Miami native spent three years as a Chippewa before the Pittsburgh Steelers chose him with a sixth-round pick in 2010. With a chip on his shoulder from being passed over by many NFL teams, Brown went on to make the most receptions in the league for his first nine seasons.
After spending 2010-18 in Steel City, the wide receiver had short stints with the then-Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots before announcing his retirement in September 2019. Brown changed his mind and continued to flip-flop on his decision. Then, in July 2020, the NFL suspended him for violating the league's personal-conduct policy. Brown signed with the Buccaneers and helped Tom Brady lead Tampa Bay to a victory in Super Bowl LV. The 33-year-old agreed to return to the team for the 2021 season, operating under a $6.25 million contract.
