Biles is already one of the world\u2019s most highly accomplished international athletes this century and the star gymnast has now added a new talent to her resume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simone Biles can wield an ax with the best of them<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-twitter wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">AXE \ud83e\ude93 THROWING (I was SO STOKED) <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/7pmwIgSSYW\">pic.twitter.com\/7pmwIgSSYW<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Simone Biles (@Simone_Biles) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Simone_Biles\/status\/1233234824778964992?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 28, 2020<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t bet against <a href=\"https:\/\/sports7.us\/6-bold-predictions-for-the-2019-espy-awards\/\">Simone Biles<\/a>. It\u2019s a losing proposition along the lines of challenging Stephen Curry to a game of horse, even when challenged to compete in a discipline that\u2019s likely new to her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biles went onto Twitter on Thursday to share a video with her 1.1 million followers. It shows her at a club where patrons pay to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbssports.com\/olympics\/news\/simone-biles-is-apparently-an-amazing-axe-thrower-in-addition-to-being-the-worlds-greatest-gymnast\/\">throw axes<\/a> at a target. The brief clip shows Biles displaying <g class=\"gr_ gr_6 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"6\" data-gr-id=\"6\">perfect<\/g> two-hands-above-the-head form and delivering the ax dead-center for a bull\u2019s-eye.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nthrow is followed by a celebration with friends and Biles announcing, \u201cI\u2019m done!\u201d\nShe\u2019s presumably now looking at maps of Nepal and figuring out a timetable for\nclimbing Mount Everest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A long list of accomplishments for just 22 years old<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Simone Biles Stuns With New Triple Double on Floor | Champions Series Presented By Xfinity\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2fdp8SVOSF4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>American\ngymnast Simone Biles has already done nearly everything imaginable in her\nsport, including capturing the all-around title in the World Championships five\ntimes in seven years beginning in 2013. Those first-place finishes are part of\na collection of 30 World Championship or Olympic medals, making her the most\ndecorated American gymnast ever and third internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first American gymnast to win a World Championship medal in\nevery event roared onto the international scene in 2013 at age 16 by becoming\nthe seventh American woman and first African American to win the World\nChampionships all-around competition. She also took a gold, silver, and bronze\nmedal in the individual events, narrowly missing another by placing fourth on\nthe uneven parallel bars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two years later she would become the first woman to win three\nstraight all-around competitions at the World Championships, setting the stage\nfor a triumphant debut in the Olympics the following year in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will Simone Biles compete in the 2020 Olympics?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Simone Biles gravity-defying physics\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9HO0zsigh30?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Biles\nwas dominant at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
