Thursday was supposed to be the start of the 2020 NCAA Tournament<\/a>, a national holiday for college basketball junkies. Sadly, March will be held without any madness this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Normally, there would be 32 basketball games scheduled for the next two days. The round of 64 is a nonstop thrill ride with three or four games on at any time from noon until 1 a.m. on the east coast. But today \u2014 nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
