Just because Conor McGregor was out of the octagon for 15 months between his loss to Khabib Nurmagomedov and his victory over Cowboy Cerrone<\/a> doesn\u2019t mean he wasn\u2019t fighting at all. Specifically, there\u2019s the video that TMZ obtained of the multi-time UFC champion sucker-punching a man<\/a>\u00a0during a visit to an Irish bar in 2019. It started when the man declined to try a complimentary shot of McGregor\u2019s Proper No. 12 whiskey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

McGregor founded the brand \u2013 its name is a nod to the neighborhood where McGregor grew up — in September 2018 and was the face of the company from the start. Thanks in no small measure to McGregor\u2019s popularity, they reportedly\u00a0sold over 200,000 cases<\/a>\u00a0worldwide in the first seven months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

McGregor cashed out in March 2021, selling his stake in the operation for $155 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
