That's especially true in hockey, where randomness is inescapable. It's tough to draw up a play, and even if you do, it's completely possible that the puck will simply bounce over someone's stick and ruin everything. Connor Bedard<\/a> may not have officially an NHL player<\/a> just yet, but he clearly understands what he's up against.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ahead of the 2023 draft, the former Regina Pats star spoke to NHL.com.
