Vondrousova grew up playing numerous sports, including soccer, but she focused on tennis because she preferred the individual aspect of the sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\nA left-hander, Vondrousova was the top-ranked junior player in the ITF junior rankings in May 2015 at 15 years old.
