The\u00a0Las Vegas Raiders\u00a0are giving three-time Pro Bowl defensive end\u00a0Maxx Crosby a $6 million raise for the upcoming 2024 season without adding any years to his NFL<\/a> contract, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.<\/p>\n Maxx Crosby was due to have base salaries of $19.01 million, $21.038 million, and $21.038 million the next three seasons. The Raiders are also moving $1.2 million from his 2026 salary into the 2025 season.<\/p>\n Crosby, who turns 27 in August, was selected 106th overall by the Raiders in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL draft out of Eastern Michigan.
