The Miami Dolphins and wide receiver Jaylen Waddle agreed to a contract extension on Thursday that makes him one of the highest-paid wide receivers in the NFL<\/a>.<\/p>\n Waddle, 25, signed a three-year, $84.75 million contract extension, including $76 million guaranteed, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.<\/p>\n Waddle is now signed through the 2028 season. The deal was negotiated by Waddle's representatives at WME Football. Miami already exercised the fifth-year option in his rookie contract, which guaranteed him nearly $15.6 million\u00a0for the 2025 season.<\/p>\n His $28.25 million average annual value of the new extension is the fourth highest in the NFL among wide receivers, while the guaranteed money ranks third behind A.J.
